1. About User Accounts

1-1. Create Account
You can create your account in the site by clicking 'Sign Up' in the top menu on the top page of the site. You can select 'Sign up with Facebook' or 'Sign up with Email'.
If you sign up with Facebook, you need to have your Facebook account in advance.

1-2. Login
When you login to the site, click ‘Log In' in the top menu on the top page of the site. You can select 'Log in with Facebook' or 'Log in with Email'.
By login to the site, you can support a project and submit a project. 

1-3. Edit Account
After login to the site, you can edit your account information at the profile page.

1-4. Withdrawal from Membership
You can withdraw from the membership by sending us your message at the contact.


2. Support a Project

2-1. How to Support a Project
Select a project you want to support and click the button ’Support Project’. After that, you can enter how much you support and select rewards.

2-2. Cancellation after Support
You cannot cancel your support to a project or change your support amount and selected rewards.

2-3. Checkout
The payment method of support amount is PayPal checkout. In PayPal checkout, you can use various cards such as VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, etc.

2-4. Success of Project
There are 2 type of funding.
- Fixed: In case the amount of support reaches the target at the end of support period of each project, the project get success.
- Flexible: Whether or not the amount of support reaches the target at the end of support period of each project, the project get success.
1. If fixed, after the project succeed, 15% of the total amount of support will be deducted as commission, and the rest of amount will be sent to the project owner.
When the project do not succeed, the checkout process will be cancelled.
2. If flexible, after the project succeed, 15% of the total amount of support will be deducted as commission, and the rest of amount will be sent to the project owner.
However, even if flexible, the minimum target amount which is required to execute the project may be set up.


3. Submit a Project

3-1. How to Submit a Project
How to submit a project is described on the ‘Project Submission’ page which appear after you select ‘Submit a Project’ menu on the top of the site.
After you read the description on the page and click the button ‘Submit Your Project’ and send the information about your project to us.

3-2. Commission
The commission of the service will be charged 15% of the total amount of the support, only if the project get success.
If the project does not get success, the commission will not be charged.

3-3. Cancellation after Posted on the Site
Cancellation and change of the project after it is posted on the site are prohibited.
Due to inevitable reasons, you have to cancel or change the project, please contact us.

3-4. Rewards
Rewards are return (product or service) for the supporter of the project.
You can set up the limit to the amount of each reward.

3-5. Project Updates
You can post the status of your project as an activity report on the site.
You can show the finished product as a reward and post your achievement of your project.

3-6. Combined Usage with Other Crowdfunding
It is prohibited that you post the same project in other crowdfunding service.


4. Other

4-1. Support by Goods, Knowledge, and People
At the current moment, you can support a project by monetary fund. We are also preparing the function of supporting by goods, knowledge, and people.

4-2. Project Support and Submission as an Organization
It is possible to support or submit a project not only as an individual, but also as a company in the site.

4-3. Japanese Site
Not only in the English site, but also in the Japanese site, you can support or submit a project.
If you submit a project in the English site, you have to prepare the documents about the project in Japanese.
